Our mission is to create the most incredible legacies possible. We believe it’s important to give back to the community and be a part of transforming lives through faith, family and philanthropy. Every year our team donates a portion of our commissions in the hopes of making a difference for at least one person.
For every 50 homes we sell we donate $1000 to local charities and organizations that impact our communities.
SOME OF THE ORGANIZATIONS WE HAVE WORKED WITH IN THE PAST AND CONTINUE TO SUPPORT ARE:
Sunshine Acres Children’s Home
Sunshine Acres Children’s Home has been a home to more than 2,000 since it opened in 1954. Sunshine Acres provides a loving, wholesome, Christian home for children who are separated from their parents and helps them establish long-term relationships with stable parental figures, preparing them for success in adult life. Sunshine Acres provides the emotional, social, physical, educational and spiritual support for the children in our care, so they may learn to manage their own affairs along with maximizing the development of their potential, abilities and interests. http://www.sunshineacres.org/volunteer
Bags For the Homeless
Each year as a team we go shopping for basic necessities, that a lot of people take for granted. Some examples of items included are; tooth brushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, gloves, hats, granola bars, water, etc. Once these supplies are purchased we gather back at out office and put together individual bags. As a team we go out out to the city, spend some time talking and hearing some stories from these amazing people and providing them with these items.
Phoenix Rescue Mission
As a team we donate both food and money, and then volunteer our time helping to pack boxes for deserving families in the valley that are food insecure.
Natalie’s House
Natalie’s House is a project of APECA, named in honor of the singer Natalie Grant. APECA’s eight-bed home in Arizona can offer a safe haven for girls (ages 6 to 16) recovering from sexual exploitation and abuse.
Girls at Natalie’s House receive shelter, food and clothing. An intensive recovery program is offered which customs/includes outings and educational strategies to assist them in making the transition to a normal, healthy life.
Deserving Teachers
Each summer we ask for for the community to nominate a deserving teacher who is in need of classroom supplies, we then gift the winning teachers with $250 worth of classroom supplies or gift cards. We believe that supporting our teachers, supports our youth, and we love pouring into those who pour into others.
School Supplies Drive
Each July we hold a school supplies drive to collect much needed supplies for students around the valley. We have drop off locations at both our Litchfield Park and Tempe office along with ever Open House location. We then partner with the local schools and organizations to provide these to families in need.
Saint Mary’s Food Bank
As a team we donate both food and money, and then volunteer our time helping to pack boxes for deserving families in the valley that are food insecure.
